Biomes
What is biomes?
Biome is the community of plants and animals that occur naturally in an area, they usually share common characteristics specific to one place, many people know biomes as a life zone for animal and plants. It is the biggest geographic biotic unit that includes many biotic units these are named after dominant features of an region examples are deserts, forest or grassland and many more this will help to identify which life that exists in a biome.
Polar region- Polar region covers the top and bottom of earth at both the north and south poles. Here you will see a lot of cold weather such as snow and ice and it to cold for any tress or green to grow.
Subpolar-Subpolar is a region located in the northern hemisphere that is south of polar the winters here are extremely cold and dark however the summers are still chilly but brighter.
